FOB, combining the coziness of a B and B and the informality of a traditional hostel, offers an inexpensive lodging experience for the independent traveller. Located in a peaceful, residential neighbourhood, it features a co-ed quad (four bunk beds in a suite) made all the more comfortable for its thick carpeting and easy chairs. Each of the twin beds is of sturdy, wooden construction and has a very comfortable mattress. The shared shower and bathroom are in immaculate condition.

The modern, well equipped kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator-freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, tea kettle and coffee pot. Silverware, pots, pans, dishes, cups and mugs are available for meal preparation. The spacious back of the house, its high painted fences ensuring privacy, has a patio, porch, BBQ area, storage shed and a picnic table under an apple tree.
